Recent success continued for Advanced Flooring Systems (AFS) with the professional installation of a new waterproof basement car park system in Hanover Quay.
Situated in Co Dublin, Hanover Quay is a €100m mixed use development in the Grand Canal Docks area of Dublin city centre.
With years of experience in providing the complete car park flooring solution, including high-build systems, top deck and basement waterproofing, John Sisk & Sons engaged with AFS.
Using the latest surface preparation equipment, we began the project by preparing the newly installed concrete basement deck using a combination of vacuum grinding and vacuum blasting techniques. After initial preparation, we installed an MC Dur system in distinctive grey, blue and yellow colours as chosen by the client.
The project was finished with demarcation applied to parking bays, including new electric charge bays and walkways with additional line marking and direction arrows added to help complete the project.
