Advanced Flooring Systems (AFS) installed a new high build and decorative quartz floor system for Catagen in Belfast.

Catagen offers a full suite of catalyst aging, catalyst durability and catalyst performance testing services. The engineering specialist required a new high build and decorative flooring system for their testing area. AFS used their in-house surface preparation division to prepare the new concrete substrate using vacuum blasting.

Following preparation, AFS supplied and installed an MPM P1/2 scratch coat, followed by the installation of a new MPM Décor quartz screed.

To complete the project, AFS sealed and then line marked the floor to help demarcate key areas of the facility.
