Multi-Storey Car Park, Newbridge

Advanced Flooring Systems (AFS) installed a new MPM waterproof membrane to upgrade a busy multi-storey car park in Newbridge Co. Kildare.

With a heavily worn waterproof system, the client required a specialist waterproofing contractor to supply and fit a new car park waterproof system in the multi-storey car park. With years of experience in providing the complete car park decking solution, including top deck and basement waterproofing, the client turned to AFS.

To fully remove the old worn system, AFS began the project by removing the with aggressive surface preparation using vacuum diamond grinding. Following preparation, AFS supplied and installed a new MPM full waterproof membrane over the 1,000sq metre car park.

As the client required the car park to stay open during the upgrade, AFS completed the complete project outside normal hours and so ensured the busy town centre car park remained accessible to the public.
